We’ve worked with small groups housed within the convention hotels and have arranged for shuttles between hotels and the convention centers. Our specialists can examine your hotel selections and help plan the shuttle routes. We also have onsite coordinators available to make the evening a complete success. With our locations close to the Washington Convention Center and the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center along with partners across the region, we can change the flow of your event shuttle in realtime, minimizing attendee wait times.
