Oh, Redskins fans. The year started out very promising – a field goal away from a perfect pre-season and a 3-1 start to the regular season. There is still a lot of football to play, and to watch. Home games at FedEx field are a good time every year, but with a 3-1 home record this year’s been great. There are still some exciting games coming up against the San Francisco 49ers, the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Jets, the New England Patriots and the Minnesota Vikings. Win any three of these and the Skins are back in contention.
Even more exciting would be trips to see the divisional games against the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles. It would be great to see a sweep against the division leading Giants and a split with the Eagles.

I've never written a travel blog before, so forgive me if I ramble a bit from topic to topic. In time I'll be writing about traveling around Washington, day trips from the DC area and riding on a bus.
